Register a website by a hosting provider eith PHP and Cpanel. Create SQL DataBase in your hosting website and upload table dump (sql/optima.sql).

Set a DataBase name. The login and password must be added in the configuration file: inc/config.php. Set administrator and guest account also in configuration file: inc/config.php

Upload all files to your server (without folders: info and sql). Set CHMOD 666 in: inc/config.php. Type in your browser http://your_domain/adm/index.php and you will see the Optima control panel.
